Order by mail If you prefer to pay by check or money order, just follow the shopping cart
as you shop and print out the Shopping Cart Order form screen when you
are done. Make sure you enter your zip code and shipping information
and hit the
button so it will automatically calculate the UPS

| Shipping We ship with UPS  to
insure the quick, safe arrival of your orders.
All shipments to Post Office Boxes or Rural Route addresses will be sent
Parcel Post, and delivery time cannot be guaranteed.

| Backorder
Policy Items not in stock at the time of your order will be back-ordered and then shipped immediately upon receipt. Backorders are usually sent out within 15 to 20 business days. Backorders not serviced within 45 days from order date will be cancelled with no service fee charges to customer. |
| Returns, Exchanges
and Order Cancellation We have a 30 day return policy Should you wish to return an item, or cancel on order please call to notify us before doing so. Pack the item securely, and return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We will promptly make an exchange, refund and-or cancel your order per your instructions. There is however an 10% restocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable. Order cancellation due to backorder item(s) there is a 8% service fee. Order cancellations and refunds will be returned in the method of payment presented to Billiards Express within 10 business days of order cancellation or refund after item(s) have been returned in original condition.
Books and videotapes cannot be returned unless defective. |
